HBDS collects personal information (name, email address, phone number) when you submit an inquiry
through our website, and when you sign up for service or order products (physical address, payment
information, etc). HBDS uses the information for the following general purposes: to fulfill your requests for
products and services, improve our services, contact you, and conduct research. HBDS does not rent, sell
or share personal information about you with other people or businesses. We limit access to personal
information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that
information. We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations

Payments
We accept cash, Visa, Master Card and Discover as payment for accessories and service. Diaper service
customers can opt to pay with personal checks as long as there is a credit card on file. There will be a
$25.00 returned check fee assessed for every check that does not clear the bank.
Shipping and Delivery
Non-Diaper service customers must live in the delivery area in order to purchase products. There will be a
$2.50 fee per delivery assessed to each order. $25.00 minimum purchase required. Delivery fee is waived on
orders over $99.00.
Sales Tax
HBDS charges sales tax for services and products based on the applicable tax rate and the location to which
the order is being delivered. South Carolina customers are responsible for tracking and paying their own
sales tax.
Return Policy
Diaper Service Customers: Purchases of regular priced merchandise may be exchanged or returned for
HBDS credit within 7 days of purchase if the item has not been used or opened. Damaged items will be
exchanged for same or like items of equal value within 7 days of purchase. All sale items are final, no
exceptions.
Non-Diaper Service Customers: All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds. Diaper service gift sales are
final, no exchanges or refunds. Recipient must use service as given.
Typographical Errors
HBDS has thoroughly reviewed the contents of this website. Please note that though the information
contained in this site is deemed reliable, it is not completely guaranteed. HBDS shall not be responsible for
any misinformation, misprints, or typographical errors. In the event an HBDS product or service is listed at
an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers,
HBDS has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the products or services listed at the incorrect
price.
